Formed in 1967, Le Vannes Incorporated is one of the original mold shops in Portage, Michigan. In the 1970’s Le Vannes was one of the first shops to use EDM machines and in the 1980’s we were one of the first to start using CNC equipment. In the early 1990’s Le Vannes combined new cad cam software with Fadal vertical milling centers and a Charmilles Roboform EDM machine.

Recognizing the value of this technology Le Vannes expanded in 1997 to accommodate the purchase of more CNC equipment, a spotting press and two overhead cranes to service this equipment.

Today, Le Vannes Inc. continues to research new technology that provides our customers with a competitive edge in the marketplace.

2003- Fadal 2216 VMC
2003 - Miller DX 200 TIG welder 1-200 amp.
2004 - Added Gibbs Cam cad/cam software
2005 - Purchased new Fadal 6030 D with 104D digital control
